I bought this for my daughters 4th birthday and it was an instant hit. The quality of the pieces are extremely high and just the right size for little hands. We have had a full week of pretend tea parties and baking sessions.

A baking set fit for a princess

I purchased this for my 3 yr old niece and she loves it. She "borrows" some cakemix from Mummy, and then invites her princess dolls (and Daddy!) to tea. She seems to prefer this wooden set to plastic alternatives, probably due to its weight and texture. The size and colour are good too. It arrived boxed. The cake stand required some minor assembly before she could use it, which means I had to find a bigger gift box. The mixer is a nice touch and the whole set is very authentic. Well done Letterbox - this hits the spot!
