This product arrived broken as it had been rattling around in a large box without any bubble wrap. We contacted Letterbox for a refund and did not receive a response after a week had passed,.
In addition to the damage, it was very poor quality, It is not solid wood and the hooks are so shallow that any clothes/bags would not stay on them anyway.
